PROJECT SCOPE
- It was our pleasure to contribute to the delivery of a stunning fit-out in this fine, heritage listed building, dating back to 1908.
- Freestanding walls are one of the many striking features, but created some obstacles when installing our plasterboard ceilings!
- Our works also included modernised new amenities, bulkheads, and curved, half and full height solid partitions.
- Frameless glass partitions featuring pivot doors and installation of track for sheer curtains adding to the elegance of the design.
- With old, listed buildings come many challenges such as engineering difficulties, limited access and noise restrictions due to the lack of soundproofing qualities in the original timber floors, but with an outcome like this, it was well worth the inconvenience.
